Mr Low is a seasoned technology entrepreneur for almost 20 years with a track record of building successful technology companies. His first startup called Pendulab was operating as a Software-as-a-Service offering web based collaboration solution. Within a short span of four years, Mr Low had built an incredible sales enterprise which garnered thousands of customers worldwide. Pendulab was subsequently acquired by a leading US-based private equity firm.
Mr Low went on to start what was Southeast Asia largest casual game platform, Viwawa, back in 2008. Within two years, Viwawa became the top 100 site for many countries in Southeast Asia, boasting millions of gamers. Seeing a growing trend for fintech, Mr Low embarked on a new venture, SoftPay Mobile, which aims to be the “Square” of Southeast Asia. Within two years, SoftPay Mobile became the largest Mobile Point of Sale company in Vietnam. Mr Low was instrumental in steering SoftPay Mobile to a strategic partnership with Indonesia’s largest bank, Bank Mandiri. Mr Low also successfully raised funds for SoftPay Mobile under Series A.
Mr Low graduated with a Merit in Computing from the National University of Singapore. Mr Low has been passionate about blockchain technologies since 2012. He loves to read up on the latest blockchain technologies and does some coding in his spare time.
Patrick is a lawyer and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2005. Specializing in blockchain technology law, he was previously with one of Singapore’s top blockchain technology law firms.He analyzes and manages legal risks related to cryptocurrency trading and his writing is regularly featured in leading publications.
Jeremy Khoo is an international business operator, founder and blockchain entrepreneur who has successfully exited 3 venture funded companies. He is currently VP of MC Payment and Group CEO of iFashion - a leading regional retail enabler and conglomerate. Under his leadership, iFashion and it's subsidiaries have raised multiple investment rounds from venture capitalists up to Series B. iFashion was acquired by MC Payment for $23 million and Jeremy will be co-leading the combined push for a public listing on the SGX in 2018.
Jeremy is a Partner and Principal Consultant in Novum Capital and Enblockr, which has accelerated and invested in many high profile companies that went on to sell more than USD100M in tokens so far. Jeremy is also Managing Partner in CRC Capital, which invests into early stage blockchain innovation.
Jeremy co-founded retail blockchain MegaX as well as Crypto-E-Commerce store Megaxstore which is spearheading cryptocurrency mass adoption. He also spends his time advising and building more than 40 exciting blockchain projects such as Consentium, Spiking, Bountie, Viola, Vanig and W Pay. Jeremy is a VeChain ICO partner and has been involved in blockchain development as a speaker, educator and investor.
Jeremy obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and also received the prestigious Sword of Honour during Officer Commissioning from the Republic of Singapore Air Force.
Victor Chow is a serial entrepreneur and senior corporate leader with over 28 years’ experience working in venture capital, start-ups, telecommunications, ICT, cryptofunds, financial & blockchain technologies, and most recently turned business investor. As Novum's Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for deal-sourcing, M&A activities and investments. Victor has held C-level positions across general management, strategic planning, business development, sales, marketing and global operations management in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. He was previously the Founding CEO of Singapore-based Fintech Accelerator INSPIRASIA and was Head of Asia for Life.SREDA VC Fintech-focused fund. He was most renowned in the IT industry for his contributions as the Global Chief Operating Officer COO for Cloud Computing and NextGen Data Centers of Huawei Technologies, a leading global information and communications technology company based in Shen Zhen China. Currently, Victor is also the Venture Partner of Fatfish Blockchain Limited - an ASX listed technology venture builder and Founder of ICOWorld Exchange and Senior Advisor to the International Decentralized Association of Cryptocurrency and Blockchains (IDACB).
Hal has over 15 yrs of global games, esports and digital experience having worked with ESL (Electronic Sports League, the world’s Leading esports company), as Managing Director for Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau, as well as co-founder For Nemesis, a casual games esports gaming platform focusing on emerging markets. He has also held senior international roles for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (PlayStation) and Codemasters Software Company, looking after iconic products such as PlayStation 3 and the Formula One game franchise in emerging markets. Hal is currently advising blockchain-related game and entertainment companies in both the US and Asia.
Starting his career in product development and marketing, Irwin was at i-Sprint Innovations, a security tech firm. During his time, he helped launched more than fourteen products and went through two rounds of acquisitions. He was cofounder at Rimu Group, a venture capital fund which invests across SEA. Irwin was also General Manager responsible for business development and operations at Rockstagvid, a Singaporean video production firm and built 3 hyperlocal media assets.
With experience in handling and facilitating events since her undergraduate days, Coco started her career at GaiGai Pte Ltd, the fastest growing dating agency in Singapore, leading an events team and has since organised, marketed and executed over 100 events to date. The Love @ S.E.A.A. event was also featured in a variety show on Mediacorp, a Singaporean broadcasting station in 2017. Moving into content marketing at Paktor Pte Ltd, Coco managed digital content and traditional marketing for the company, as well as influencer marketing which managed to achieve a low CPL comparable to programmatic advertising. Prior to this, Coco graduated from NTU with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Digital Imaging.
Jonas has over 3 years experience in client facing roles as well as in blockchain and cryptocurrency since Bitcoin’s early days.
Previously an Account Director at Black Marketing, he specialised in maximising international C-level clients personal branding, presence, and company brand on LinkedIn. Prior to this, he held a role of an Associate Engineer at TÜV SÜD PSB working in the Electrical & Electronics engineering field. Jonas graduated from RMIT University with Bachelor of Business in Marketing.

Graduated from NUS with an atypical bachelor degree with honours in Theatre Studies, Kimberley thrives on the imaginative, the dynamic and occasionally the unorthodox. Helming projects and a few years of work dealing with the front end in the service industry has led her to emphasize soft skills in effective communication both as a leader and a teamplayer. She also makes a habit of being efficient and delivering set objectives, sometimes before you expect it.
Jordan graduated from RMIT University with Bachelor of Business in Marketing. Being the captain of the university sports team, Jordan is respected for his tenacity, discipline and for having great camaraderie with his team. His years of experience in a competitive sport as a captain and follower earned him the ideal skills to demonstrate leadership, excellence and the ability to step back.
Results-oriented software engineer with 4 years’ experience in analysis, design, development and testing. Proficient in a variety of platforms and computing languages such as Swift, Kotlin, Php and Javascript. Skilled at team collaboration while working independently in remote environments.
Praveen has had a hands-on experience of 4 years in areas of Laravel framework, API development and JavaScript. Prior to that, Praveen graduated from Anna University Chennai with Masters of Computer Application.
With 5 years of coding experience, Viet is a code lover experienced in android-based application and back-end web server. Previous expertise accumulated from game porting and system development. Viet also graduated from the School of University of Engineering and Technology (VNU-UET).
Chermaine graduated with honours from NUS in Political Science and a keen interest in gender politics. A strategic creative with operational skills, she began her content-creating journey in publishing at Mediacorp Pte Ltd with a leading lifestyle content platform and magazine. Moving into the world of branding, marketing and operations of a start-up e-commerce platform after, Chermaine has experience also in visual story-telling across multiple platforms.
Having begun her career by working as an accountant and administrator for Korean companies, Irene has firm knowledge in Corporate Finance and Human Relations. Irene graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Master's degree in Finance and Investment. Prior to this, she had gained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Vietnam National University. Irene has strong financial analysing skills with the ability to do some coding in Matlab and Python. Her interest areas of expertise include Venture Capital Investment, Corporate Finance and Derivatives Investment.
Hien studied for 4 years specialising in Information Technology in NEU of Vietnam and eventually attained a Bachelor of MIS. After she graduated, she began working as a UI/ UX Designer at Vinsofts JSC and was promoted to Leader of the company's Design Team after 1 year due to excellent performance in her role. She worked on many projects which involved building multiple websites and even mobile apps. With a keen eye for detail, a strong aesthetic sense and in depth understanding of UI/UX design, Hien is no stranger to process of creating the best designs possible to suit any needs.
